- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I closed on my home on May 29th, 2015. Community Title of Shiloh, somehow "forgot" to send the money from the previous homeowners taxes for 2014 to the courthouse. I received a letter stating the taxes were delinquent. Mark Cowgill thought that I didn't know what I was talking about and was confused. Then he realized the mistake had been made and apologized several times and assured me it would be taken care of within a few days. It has been one week today and I still have not seen a receipt and the courthouse has not acknowledged any type of payment. He claims he will resolve the issue today, so we will see. This kind of stuff should never happen in this kind of business and is totally unacceptable.By Robin Koch, April 11, 2017
